Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Mick’s Bins and supporting a family owned and operated business. To ensure efficient and safe service, the following terms and conditions apply.

Standard Hire of Skip Bins is 1-5 days unless otherwise pre-arranged.

Payment of Skip Bin Hire is to be prior to or on delivery of Skip Bin.

Non-Payment of Bin Hire will incur an additional $100.00 admin-fee via a Debt recovery institution. [ we will not remove any waste till payment is made including any additional daily charge rate. ]

Delivery Access, minimum requirements for access to place Skip Bin is a height clearance of 6m and width of 3m.

Placement of Skip Bin is at the driver’s discretion. This is due to our Public Liability requirements via our Insurance Company.

Skip Bins are not to be moved from the delivery position and access must be maintained to allow safe collection of Bin.
Failure to comply will incur an additional $100.00 call out Fee. The Hirer is responsible for any costs to get the Skip Bin to a position that we can remove the Skip bin.

ONLY FILL to Top Rim of Skip Bin. Or to your ordered bin size Fill line Mark. Any overfill may be left behind or charged at our going rate per cubic metre.

Damage to Skip Bins – delivered in good condition, during the term of Hire is at the customers expense.

Skip Bins will not be placed on Concrete Footpath without a permit. The appropriate council permit is to be sourced by the customer.

Permits- for Placement of Skip Bin on Roadway are to be sourced by the customer.

Fire Ant areas, require a permit to remove soil, to be sourced by the customer.

No Fires to be lit in Bins .

The Hirer is Responsible for the Skip Bin once bin is delivered.

To fulfill the Hirer’s order-
If we have no Bins available for the order we will endeavor to supply x 2 smaller sized bins. Or we will use one of our affiliate suppliers to complete the order /delivery.

By ordering and constituting delivery of Skip Bin Hire said Hire charges will apply as per our service pre-pay policy and no refund is to be applicable to the hire period unless we are notified 48 hrs prior to delivery..

Refund Policy- SKIP Bin for a Cancelled order we require at least 48 hrs notice. Once Skip bin has been delivered there will be No refund. In the event we are unable to complete the order a refund will be issued to the hirer

As per EPA Schedule 7 – [ Restricted waste not to be placed in Skip Bin ]
NO Asbestos / NO Tyres / NO Liquid or Hazardous Waste / Batteries / Tree Stumps

Order confirmation is by either return email or we will phone you to confirm. [ Mick’s bins will not be liable for lost email orders due to server shutdowns etc.]

Overweight / Overloaded Charges apply if Skip Bin is overloaded or above the allocated weight allowance per order.
These charges are payable at $150 per tonne. Mick’s Bins retain the right to leave overfill / excess waste behind. [We face prosecution for unsafe or overweight loads]

Limitation of Liability-
Mick’s Bins is not liable for any damage to your property regarding placement and / or collection of Skip Bin due to reasons we cannot control.

Mick’s Bins retains the right to Terminate Skip Bin Hire delivery / collection.

ANY BREACH OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL CHARGES !
